PATIENT REGISTRATION

Patient registration takes place when you contact the Clinic reception by telephone. During the conversation, our staff will collect basic data from you to determine the most convenient appointment for you.

A patient reporting to the New Silhouette Clinic is subject to a process of identification by a receptionist before receiving a medical service, after filling in the Registration Card. In order to verify the correctness of the data, please bring a valid photo identification document.

BEFORE THE FIRST VISIT

Before the first visit, a package of medical tests should be performed to enable a proper diagnosis to be made. All tests should be performed after 12 hours on an empty stomach. We recommend that tests are carried out at the attested BADBAK bacteriological testing laboratory at 26 Lelka Street in Warsaw

  • FSH/LH/ALT/AST/GGTP
  • OGTT 0-60-120 min on glucose with insulin (requires referral) / blood glucose and insulin testing can be done interchangeably

FOR WOMEN:

For menstruating women, tests should be performed between days 3 and 5 of the cycle, for non-menstruating women on any day.
